Temiz bir hotel Tavsiye edilir
Saraybosna'da 2 gün konakladığımız çok temiz bir otel. Otelin sahibi türk ve çalışanlarda türkçe bildiği için her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Otel konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde bulunuyor. Otel girişinde bosna kahvesi ve magnet hediye ettiler. Çok güzel bir davranıştı. Sabah kahvaltısı gayet yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Nice hotel in A+ location. Average or slightly below average cleanliness and internet.
The hotel was in a great location. We were walking distance from the main strip. The room was nice, but I’m giving a 3 rating because it didn’t seem as clean as the pictures. The internet was below average, which is also why I’ve rated it a 3. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and hospitable. They went out of their way to help with any problems we were having. I would stay again.

Excellent hotel excellent service team
I came to Bosnia and Herzegovina with my family from Istanbul. We had a great holiday with my family. The city hotel we stayed in was great. Thank you very much Mr. Yaşar and the whole team. If you are going to Bosnia and Herzegovina, I recommend you to choose the city hotel.

unerwünschter Kakerlaken Besuch! Der Direktor absolut unfreundlich! never again
Wenn Sie das Bett mit Kakerlaken teilen möchten, ist das hier das perfekte Hotel für Sie. Das Personal ist verständnisvoll, was man vom Direktor gar nicht behaupten kann. Wir waren 3 Nächte da und hatten über 10 Kakerlaken im Zimmer! Vom Direktor wurden wir noch unfreundlich behandelt wegen unserer Reklamation! Eine Wiedergutmachung oder Lösung war kein Thema - wurden sogar noch angeschnauzt. Wir haben für 3 Nächte und 3 Personen 360 Euro bezahlt - völlig übertrieben um sich das Bett noch mit Kakerlaken zu teilen. Die Dusche ist ausgelaufen usw. Können wir weder empfehlen, noch werden wir je wieder dort schlafen.

Odaları çok geniş ve güzel. Türk ailenin sahibi olduğu otelde ülkemizin lezzetlerine ulaşa bildik. Gayet güler yüzlü geniş odaları olan temiz bir otel. Tavsiye ederim. Tarihi yerlere çok yakın 20 metre sonra kendinizi en meşhur sokağında buluyorsunuz. Bu yönden taksi beklemeye gerek kalmıyor

Central, and very service-minded and friendly staff.
Spent 3 nights. The location is perfect, very central and offer walking distance to everything you need. Eating breakfast on the hotel terrace get you of at a good start. Hotel owner/manager incl all staff are all very service minded and friendly. This is my second stay at the hotel, and if I was to visit Sarajevo again I would definately consider staying here again.

We found the positive reviews about this hotel very misleading and would like to issue a warning (which I have never done). The photos and descriptions lead you to expect a nice and clean place, in reality, we experienced a rather tacky, bad-smelling place with aged, low-quality furniture. Masses of disgusting pigeons sit by the window on a very dirty, depressing backyard (the side facing the very noisy street is even worse). The service fits in seamlessly: The lady at the reception told me on arrival that the booked junior suite was not available, I would get a double room and a discount on the bill (the discount granted was then so that I paid more than the fellow travelers who had previously booked double rooms). The room had a temperature of 28 degrees Celsius (apparently due to any heat source of the house, the outside temperature was only 22 degrees), the air conditioner was turned off, and it was left to us to find out it was also not functioning. So cooling down was possible only by opening the window, but the window opened onto the said disgusting courtyard with masses of pigeons heading towards the window. The faucets are in such poor condition that you get splashed on the sides, and the furnishings, as mentioned, give the opposite of the friendly impression you would expect from the photos. Complementing this was the fact that the room was not cleaned the next day. Presumably, to prevent thoughts of escape, several fellow travelers were asked to pay directly at check-in. When you enter the room, you understand why. Sarajevo was a great experience and definitely worth a trip - but certainly not with a stay in this absolutely unpleasant hotel. Here it seems very appropriate to critically check the actuality of the reviews.

Great clean hotel walking distance from Baščaršija and BBI shopping centre.
Beautiful hotel in the Sarajevo center. Walking distance from Baščaršija as well from shopping centre. Modern and very clean rooms and to die for Turkish breakfast. Great place to stay if you do not want to use taxi or car to visit Baščaršija and big BBI shopping centre.

Comfortable, Modern, and Friendly
We stayed at this lovely, small hotel for our three nights in Sarajevo. It is about a block off the main pedestrian street so in easy walking distance to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately, the street it is on is still damaged and has some deserted buildings. Do not let this impression cloud your hotel experience. The City Boutique is comfortable and modern. The floors are new laminate which chrome and glass fixtures. An elevator makes the hotel handicapped accessible. The lobby is small but the size allows the staff to personalize their attention. The beds are comfortable and the linens are of good quality. The toilet and shower are both in separate stalls and large for European hotel rooms. One of the nicest features is the breakfast buffet. On the top floor, the elegant room affords a beautiful view of the city. Sitting in comfortable upholstered chairs, guests get a selection of a couple middle eastern dishes, European breads, cheeses, and meats, fresh fruits, pastries and other universal breakfast foods. We had a very nice time at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

I found the hotel to be wonderful, welcoming, very clean, with a trendy fragrance, in the center of Bahcarsija. judging the hotel staff with the boss Jashar abi and inposibuperche are not the right ones to make you understand how professional they are! try to believe the beko of this hotel with the staff
